About the Role:
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator supports the Accounts Receivable team by monitoring homeowner accounts, collecting association assessments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role works closely with homeowners, Board members, and colleagues to address account questions, resolve concerns, and ensure timely and accurate receivables management.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to remain professional and solutions-focused when communicating with upset homeowners or Board members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing financial information while balancing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor homeowner accounts and identify outstanding association assessments
• Conduct collection activities and follow up on delinquent balances
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Respond to homeowner and Board member questions regarding accounts, balances, and payments
• Communicate effectively and professionally with homeowners, Board members, and colleagues
• Handle difficult or sensitive conversations with patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Review account information and identify discrepancies or issues requiring resolution
• Document collection activities, communications, and account updates accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account and payment-related concerns
• Spend approximately 50–75% of each shift handling phone-based communication

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Vantaca or similar property management/accounting software preferred

Compensation
• $5/hour.
