Business Development Manager

SkyBridge BPO Solutions is a fast-growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company providing high-quality virtual assistance, customer support, sales support, HR outsourcing, back-office operations, procurement assistance, and business process solutions to clients across the UAE, USA, Europe, and Asia.

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and commercially focused Business Manager to lead our Philippine operations, expand our client portfolio, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the SkyBridge office.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue growth.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and client meetings.
Manage key client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop BPO team members.
Establish and monitor KPIs for operations, sales, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare monthly operational and financial reports for senior management.
Manage budgets, profitability, and resource planning.
Coordinate with international clients and overseas management teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and quality standards.
Identify opportunities to introduce AI, automation, and digital tools to improve productivity.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related discipline.
5–7 years' experience in the BPO industry.
Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
Strong understanding of BPO operations and workforce management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing international clients is highly desirable.
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
