Key Responsibilities
 Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various U.S.-based dental positions.
 Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches to identify top talent.
 Maintain a pipeline of high-quality, credentialed candidates.
 Coordinate interviews and facilitate a smooth candidate experience.
 Negotiate job offers and ensure successful placements.
 Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
 Track recruitment activities and regularly report progress.
 Consistently meet placement targets to maximize your commission earnings.

Ideal Candidate Profile
 Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience (dental, healthcare, or high-volume
preferred).
 Sales Ability: Strong negotiation and closing skills essential for commission success.
 Recruiting Knowledge: Skilled in full-cycle recruitment and candidate engagement.
 Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with ATS, CRM tools, and online recruiting platforms.
