Product Listing Associate (eBay)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Listing Associate with experience in e-commerce listing management.

Requirements

No experience is required.

Good English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Compensation

PHP 30 per hour (non-negotiable). No renegotiation.
This position requires a minimum commitment of 5 hours per day, excluding weekends. By accepting the position, you agree to these fixed requirements.

Responsibilities
Create and manage product listings on eBay.
Conduct inventory checks and update product availability.
Compare and update product prices from supplier websites.
Optimize product titles and descriptions following company guidelines.
Create or improve listing images when necessary.
Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
Ensure listings are complete, accurate, and marketplace-ready.
Follow all internal workflows, SOPs, and quality standards.
Update listing statuses and reports as required.

Ability to work independently while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
