FINANCE MANAGER & FINANCE ASSISTANT

We're hiring experienced finance professionals to support the financial operations of a growing e-commerce business. This is a remote opportunity with the potential to move from part-time to full-time.

Open Positions:
- Senior Finance Manager – $8 USD/hour
- Finance Assistant – $6 USD/hour

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with cash flow management.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial data.
- Support daily finance operations for e-commerce businesses.
- Collaborate with the team using Slack, ClickUp, and Outlook.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or TikTok Shop is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
