SendaRig Dispatch Group L.L.C. is a New Jersey-based freight services company providing dispatch and freight brokerage services. We support carriers and shippers through load sourcing, rate negotiation, carrier management, and freight coordination.

The Role

We are looking for one experienced Logistics Coordinator who can manage both freight dispatching and brokerage.

You will work across the full freight cycle:

Carrier → Dispatch → Broker → Shipper

This is a senior-level position. Applicants must have real working experience in both dispatching and freight brokerage and be comfortable handling operations independently.

Responsibilities

* Source and book loads
* Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers
* Manage carrier dispatch operations
* Quote and coordinate brokered freight
* Vet and onboard carriers
* Verify authority, insurance, and safety information
* Maintain relationships with carriers and shippers
* Manage multiple active loads and negotiations
* Work with DAT One, AscendTMS, Google Workspace, Nextiva, and related freight tools

Requirements

* Strong experience in both freight dispatching AND brokerage
* Proven carrier and shipper negotiation experience
* Experience with DAT One and TMS platforms
* Understanding of FMCSA authority, insurance, HOS, and freight broker requirements
* Ability to manage multiple loads and negotiations independently
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Compensation

This is a performance-based commission position with two earning opportunities:

Dispatch Commission

Your commission depends on the dispatch fee negotiated with the carrier:

8% 45%
7% 40%
6% 35%

The negotiated tier remains in place for six months per carrier and may be renegotiated during review.

Brokerage Commission

Your brokerage commission is based on monthly loads closed and collected:

Brokered Loads / Month Your Share of Gross Profit
Fewer than 8 15%
8–14 20%
15+ 25%

Example Monthly Earnings

An experienced coordinator completing:

* 25 dispatch loads: approximately $1,944 commission
* 18 brokered loads: approximately $1,417.50 commission

Estimated combined monthly commission: $3,361.50

Earnings are performance-based and may be higher or lower depending on freight volume, negotiated rates, dispatch fees, and brokerage margins.
