Instagram Dmer

I run a US-based sales recruiting agency and I'm hiring Instagram DM specialists to open conversations for our sales team.
What you'll do:

Send personalized opening DMs from company-owned Instagram accounts (we provide accounts, scripts, and daily target lists)
Hit a daily volume target (~150-200 quality DMs/day) while keeping accounts healthy
Tag and hand off warm replies to our sales reps
Track your numbers in a simple daily report (sent, replies, handoffs)

Requirements:

Strong written English
Reliable internet + smartphone or computer
Available 40 hrs/week on a US Eastern time schedule
Detail-oriented: you follow scripts exactly and never freelance messages that could get an account flagged

Pay & growth: $400/month starting, paid reliably every 2 weeks. Top performers get raises within 90 days and first shot at promotion to appointment setter (higher pay + bonuses). We're building a long-term team, not gig workers.
