Instagram Reels Editor (Freelance)

About us:
We're a personal branding agency that helps content creators build and grow their personal brands. You'll start by working on the founder's own personal brand content, with opportunities to expand into editing for our clients as the role grows.

What you'll be working on:
Editing approximately 15-21 Reels per week
Mix of formats: talking-head reels, fast-paced 7-second reels (text on screen only), and voiceover-driven reels

Hours & Pay:
15 hours/week to start - $3/hour
After the first month: potential to increase hours and introduce a performance-based bonus scheme (tied to how videos perform)
After two months, if it's a great fit: potential to move into a full-time position (but not required if that's not what you're looking for)
