Lead Generation-Technical Support-CSR-E-Commerce (FBA, Dropshipping)

I am a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a major in computer technology. I undergo my on-the-job training at Convergys Phils. as a technical support representative (chat support) in a Microsoft account. I was trained to support OS Windows installation/issues, Microsoft Office Suite, and online support. I stayed there for 1 and a half years; that includes my absorption to a regular employee from an intern. I applied as a CSR at the results company, where I was deployed in a target account. I handled queries like delayed shipments, incorrect item received, online orders, etc. Eventually, I transitioned to a lead generation specialist, where I spent most of my years in my career. I have sharpened my skills in prospecting, outreach, qualifying contacts, gathering requirements, and ensuring accurate information.
