AEO/GEO Technical SEO Specialist

We’re hiring a highly skilled **AEO/GEO Technical SEO Specialist** for a long-term internal project.

This is a technical role for someone who can identify problems, recommend solutions, and help implement website improvements — not just provide reports.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements
* Improve crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and internal linking
* Review canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, and indexing issues
* Implement and validate structured data / JSON-LD
* Conduct keyword, entity, competitor, and search-intent research
* Develop and execute AEO/GEO strategies
* Improve content and websites for AI search visibility and retrieval
* Monitor AI visibility and identify content/retrieval gaps
* Assist with basic frontend and website fixes when needed
* Work with content/development teams on implementation
* Document technical findings, actions, and results

**Requirements:**

* Strong Technical SEO experience
* Practical AEO/GEO knowledge
* Structured data / Schema / JSON-LD experience
* Crawlability and indexation knowledge
* Strong keyword, entity, and competitor research skills
* Experience with Google Search Console and SEO tools
* Basic frontend knowledge, including HTML/CSS
* Able to diagnose and help fix website issues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Reliable and responsive
* Strong written English
* Long-term availability
* Willing to complete a strict trial period and sign an NDA
