Configure Virtual Camera & OBS for Zoom, Microsoft Teams & Google Meet

Hello! I am looking for a skilled and reliable freelancer to help me set up a real-time AI face transformation and virtual camera system for an authorized internal workplace presentation.

The purpose of the presentation is to educate employees about how realistic AI-generated identities can be and the potential risks of deepfake technology. My manager has provided her full knowledge and consent for her likeness to be used during this demonstration.

This is not a software-development project. I need someone who can recommend, install, configure, test, and teach me how to use an existing real-time AI face-swap solution.

Project Scope

The selected freelancer will:

Review my Windows laptop specifications and confirm whether it can support the software.
Recommend the most reliable real-time AI face-swap program for my equipment.
Install and configure the necessary software.
Set up OBS Studio or another virtual-camera solution, if needed.
Connect the finished video feed to:
Zoom
Microsoft Teams
Google Meet
Configure my manager’s likeness using photos or videos that she has voluntarily provided for this authorized demonstration.
Optimize facial tracking, expressions, lighting, camera placement, resolution, and performance.
Test the setup during natural speaking and movement.
Ensure the system can operate during presentations lasting approximately one hour, with several presentations occurring throughout the day.
Teach me how to activate and deactivate the effect.
Show me how to switch back to my normal webcam immediately.
Explain how to troubleshoot common problems, including lagging, freezing, overheating, camera-detection issues, and application crashes.
Complete at least one live test call with me before the project is considered complete.
Required Experience

Applicants should have experience with several of the following:

Real-time AI face swapping or facial reenactment
AI virtual-camera software
OBS Studio and OBS Virtual Camera
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet
Windows installation and troubleshooting
Webcam and lighting optimization
Live-streaming or virtual-production setups
GPU, CPU, and computer-performance optimization

Experience with tools such as Magicam, Deep-Live-Cam, DeepFaceLive, OBS Studio, or similar programs is strongly preferred.

Compensation

$150 USD fixed payment

Payment will be provided after the agreed setup, testing, and training have been completed successfully. The software should function reliably on my computer and connect correctly to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

Any paid software or subscription costs must be discussed and approved before purchase. The $150 payment is for the freelancer’s professional setup and training services.

Estimated Project Time

This will likely require:

One remote setup session
Approximately 2–4 hours of work, depending on installation and troubleshooting
One short follow-up test before the presentation

This project is for a legitimate internal educational presentation. The person whose likeness will be used is my manager, and she has explicitly consented to participating. The technology will not be used for fraud, harassment, unauthorized impersonation, financial activity, identity verification, or misleading the public.
