Dental Sourcer

Position Overview
RSMC Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Offshore Sourcer to support the recruitment of dental professionals for clients across the US. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and pre-qualifying top talent, ensuring a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume candidate sourcing, Boolean search techniques, and leveraging multiple recruitment platforms. This position requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment while closely collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Qualifications
• Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in healthcare, dental, or high-volume staffing.
• Candidate Sourcing Expertise: Ability to identify and attract passive and active candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and referral networks.
• Database & Pipeline Management: Experience in building and maintaining an organized talent pipeline to support ongoing recruitment needs.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Speed & Efficiency: Strong ability to source and submit 50-100 qualified candidates per week, meeting hiring demands.
• Communication & Candidate Engagement: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to conduct initial outreach and pre-screening.
• Data Accuracy & ATS Management: Ability to maintain 100% accuracy in candidate records, ensuring all relevant details are updated.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with offshore recruiters and onshore hiring teams to prioritize sourcing needs.
• Results-Driven: Ability to meet weekly and monthly sourcing targets while maintaining high-quality candidate submissions.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to adjust sourcing strategies based on market trends and hiring demands.
