E-commerce Order Operations Specialist

We are looking for a full-time E-commerce Order Operations Specialist to manage daily orders, shipments, cancellations, returns, and order exceptions using our internal systems. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate issues across multiple systems. The right person will take ownership of problems, notice inconsistencies, and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities
-Review and update customer orders
-Monitor delayed orders and resolve shipping issues
-Handle partial orders, partial shipments, and cancellations
-Review orders that require manual processing
-Manage product reservations and returns
-Create shipping labels and complete end-of-day shipments
-Research and resolve order-related issues
-Identify errors before they cause delays
-Follow established procedures while using good judgment
-Take on additional operational responsibilities over time

Requirements
-EXCELLENT/ NATIVE LEVEL written English and clear communication
-Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
-E-commerce or order-management experience is preferred
-Reliable Windows computer, dual monitors, and stable internet connection
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-Able to understand and manage complex operational workflows involving multiple steps and systems
-Comfortable learning and working across multiple systems
-Able to work independently and manage priorities

Schedule
-Full-time remote position
-Consistent availability during scheduled working hours (EST)
-Sunday availability required, minimum three hours
