The project will focus on organizing existing contact records, creating clear properties and segmentation, establishing workflows for program registration and follow-up, integrating Eventbrite and website forms, and improving how participant history and engagement are tracked over time. The goal is to create a simple, reliable CRM structure that reduces manual work, supports staff coordination, and gives Soul Trak a clearer view of each person’s relationship with the organization.
