Job Opening: Interior Designer (U.S. Residential Properties)

We are seeking an Interior Designer to assist with the design of our U.S. residential properties based on their floor plans and layouts. The ideal candidate will create interior design concepts, select finishes and furnishings, and produce realistic 3D renderings that align with current U.S. market trends and buyer preferences.

**Responsibilities:**

* Review house layouts and floor plans for U.S. residential properties.
* Develop interior design concepts tailored to the property's style and target market.
* Select colors, materials, finishes, furniture, and décor suitable for U.S. homes.
* Create high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations.
* Recommend cost-effective design solutions that enhance property appeal and value.
* Collaborate with our team to ensure designs align with project goals and budgets.

**Requirements:**

* Experience in residential interior design, preferably for U.S. homes.
* Knowledge of current U.S. design trends, materials, and finishes.
* Proficiency in design and rendering software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar.
* Strong portfolio showcasing residential design projects and renderings.
* Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
