SE + AEO Specialsit

Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred)
Employment Type: Part-Time (3-5 hrs per week)
Compensation: $500–$1,000 USD/month (Based on experience)

About the Role

Wonderly Lights is a premium outdoor lighting company serving Northeast Ohio. We're looking for a strategic SEO professional who understands Local SEO, Google Business Profile, and AI-powered search (AEO) to help grow our online presence and generate more qualified leads.

This is a strategy-focused role. You'll develop the marketing plan while our internal team handles execution.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage our Local SEO strategy
Optimize our Google Business Profile
Improve Google Maps rankings
Optimize content for AI search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
Research target keywords, cities, and ZIP codes
Create monthly content and SEO recommendations
Monitor rankings, website traffic, and lead performance
Meet with our team once a month to review progress and next steps
Qualifications
3+ years of Local SEO experience
Proven success ranking local service businesses
Experience with Google Business Profile optimization
Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
Strong knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Excellent English communication skills
Preferred Experience
Home services industry (lighting, landscaping, HVAC, roofing, pest control, etc.)
Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, or similar SEO tools
