Senior Java / Oracle APEX Developer

Position Summary
AI Hub Agency LLC is seeking a Senior Java or Oracle APEX Developer to support enhancement of an existing federal application, including REST APIs, authorization functionality, automated testing, cloud integration, and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java REST API functionality.
Implement authentication/authorization controls.
Integrate API functionality with Oracle databases.
Develop application enhancements and defect fixes.
Write unit and automated integration tests.
Support Docker/containerized development and testing.
Participate in code review and Git-based development workflows.
Troubleshoot development, test, and deployment issues.
Support Government cloud integration.
Document code, configuration, and implementation changes.

Candidate should demonstrate

Strong Java enterprise development or Oracle APEX experience.
REST API development.
SQL/Oracle integration.
Unit/integration testing.
Git/source-control workflows.
Enterprise application maintenance and troubleshooting.

Highly desirable

Spring or comparable Java frameworks.
JUnit 5.
REST Assured.
Docker.
testcontainers-java.
GitHub/GitHub Actions.
Authentication and role-based/policy-based authorization.
OWASP secure coding.
Federal/DoD projects.

Required for proposal consideration
