Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, creative Growth & Social Media Coordinator to manage our day-to-day content distribution, social media growth, and marketing operations.

You will take our existing content strategy and turn it into a consistent, professional publishing machine across our social channels.

Responsibilities

* Manage our social media calendar and publishing schedule
* Turn articles and editorial ideas into social posts, Reels, TikToks, carousels, and Stories
* Use AI tools to create and repurpose content efficiently
* Coordinate AI-assisted article, video, graphic, and voice production
* Manage scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
* Maintain consistent daily/weekly publishing
* Monitor analytics and identify what content performs best
* Help grow followers, engagement, website traffic, and email subscribers
* Coordinate newsletters and marketing campaigns
* Maintain our content calendar
* Research trending topics and content opportunities
* Assist with SEO/content distribution
* Provide a simple weekly performance report

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent English
* Strong social media knowledge
* Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
* Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, ElevenLabs, CapCut, or similar
* Strong organizational skills
* Understanding of content marketing
* Ability to work independently
* Strong visual/editorial taste
* Experience managing a brand or publication’s social media is a major plus
