Job Title: AI Video Production Editor — Multi-Niche Content Production
Role Overview: We are looking for a video editor experienced with AI generation tools to produce fresh, unique long-form and short-form content across multiple YouTube channel niches, including Machines, Finance, Rain, and Focus content. This is a permanent role working closely with our existing production team to scale content supply across our growing channel network.
Responsibilities:
Produce genuinely unique video content using AI generation tools including Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Suno, and similar platforms, following a strict creative uniqueness standard where every piece of content must differ meaningfully in visuals, pacing, music, and opening sequence from any other content within the same niche.
Write and refine AI prompts to generate consistent, high quality footage suited to the assigned niche, whether industrial and mechanical content for Machines, professional and educational content for Finance, or ambient and calm focus environments for Rain and Focus content.
Assemble generated clips, voiceover, and music into finished videos using CapCut, following provided templates and pacing guidance per niche.
Apply provided metadata, file naming conventions, and version tracking accurately for every piece of content produced, following our established naming standard of niche, version number, sequence number, and language.
Work to a defined daily and weekly output target as agreed with the production lead, prioritizing quality and originality over raw volume at all times.
Build and maintain a niche-specific prompt library to support consistent, efficient production over time.
Submit all completed work for review before it is considered final, and revise promptly based on feedback.
Adapt across assigned niches as production needs shift, with the ability to pick up a new niche and apply the same production standard once trained.
Required Skills and Experience:
Prior experience with CapCut or similar video editing software.
Familiarity with at least one AI video or image generation tool, such as Higgsfield, Runway, Google Flow, Midjourney, or similar, with strong willingness to learn our specific tool stack quickly.
Some interest or background knowledge in either industrial and mechanical topics, or finance and educational content, is a strong advantage given the niches involved.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured creative briefs precisely.
Comfortable working independently once trained, with regular check-ins rather than constant supervision.
Important Note on Originality:
This role requires producing content that is each genuinely distinct from other content within the same niche, not templated or repetitive variations using the same footage or structure. Candidates should be comfortable with a creative, varied approach to production rather than a fast, repeatable formula. This will be explained fully and demonstrated during onboarding, and is treated as a core requirement of the role, not a minor detail.
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time role, with niche assignment based on business need and possible rotation across niches over time.
