I have over three years of remote experience as a part-time and full-time appointment setter, cold caller and texter for US-based real estate investors, realtors, wholesalers, and investment companies.
I also have nearly 13 years of experience in customer support within fast-paced environments. This includes 10 years in a semiconductor company, where I developed strong administrative and inventory control skills, and almost 3 years in the BPO industry handling inbound calls for two of the largest US telecommunications companies. In these roles, I managed customer concerns effectively, maintained customer accounts across multiple CRM systems, explained billing, resolved technical issues, and supported sales, consistently delivering high-quality service.
I have experience working as an audio transcriber since 2021, producing accurate property condition reports including check-in, check-out, and mid-term updates with a fast turnaround time.
