Also we're the ones who are gonna give them the contact number of the rider, If their parcels are out for delivery. We do emails if the customer contacted again to follow up their concerns. We sent an email to our higher teams to tell them. That the customer contacted again. So it will be prioritized and solved as soon as possible.
