I've spent the last five years working in GoHighLevel, CRM implementation, SaaS, marketing automation, booking systems, AI Agents, AI Voice Agents and Conversation AI. I don't just get handed a workflow to build. I sit down with the business, figure out where things are actually breaking, and then design and build the system around that.

A good example is a transport and dispatch client I worked with. They had 50+ drivers, multiple vehicles and four different booking categories, and none of it was structured. I helped turn that into a proper CRM and automation setup: booking intake, custom fields, calendars, driver and vehicle allocation, status tracking, safety validation, automated SMS and email, reminders, and reporting.

I've also built AI Agents, AI Voice Agents and conversational AI for customer support, lead qualification, appointment handling and general process automation.
