I'm a detail oriented with 6+ years of hands on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination, combined with frontline customer service experience in a fast, paced hospitality setting.
As a former Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor, I managed inbound/outbound logistics, maintained accurate inventory through regular audits, processed purchase orders, and coordinated closely with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment. In my current customer service role, I focus on guest engagement, proactively identifying needs, remembering individual preferences, and personalizing service to build strong client relationships.
