FREELANCER

I began my career in the BPO industry as a customer service representative, accumulating a total of 6 years of experience. During this time, I spent 6 months in outbound sales, followed by another 6 months in inbound sales. Subsequently, I transitioned to retail banking customer service for the remainder of the year. I was later promoted to a supervisory role, where I successfully led a team for 2 years. Prior to this promotion, I also managed a training team for at least 3-6 months.

Seeking greater flexibility and autonomy, I decided to pursue freelancing opportunities. As a freelancer, I specialized in chat moderation, and account management (with a focus on marketing) for platforms like OnlyFans, as well as cold calling and appointment setting. Leveraging my diverse skill set and extensive training, I am confident in my ability to excel in administrative tasks, calling, and email support. I am known for my strong work ethic, dedication, adaptability, and willingness to work across different time zones.
