The Story Behind RemoteWork.ph
RemoteWork.ph was founded by Carson Moody in November of 2023.
Carson first lived in the Philippines from 2012 to 2014 and returned after college in 2018 while building an online media business. Over the years, he hired Filipino professionals to help with video editing, web development, SEO, and other areas of his businesses.
Those experiences showed him how much skilled talent existed throughout the Philippines, but also how difficult it could be for a small business owner without an existing network in the country to find and hire that talent directly.
RemoteWork.ph was created to make that connection easier.
Instead of inserting an agency between the company and the worker, RemoteWork.ph gives employers tools to find Filipino professionals themselves, communicate directly, and build their own working relationships.
Our Mission
RemoteWork.ph has two main goals.
For businesses, we want to make it easier and more affordable to build great remote teams in the Philippines.
For Filipino professionals, we want to make global remote opportunities more accessible so people can build meaningful careers while living closer to their families and communities.
We believe the best relationships happen when employers and workers can work together directly.
